So we moved into this house in this beautiful location next to a forest in between lake and seaside. I would like to share this little paradise with people who love nature as much as I do.

as the house renovation moves forward like a snail in the garden, we put our focus on things we can do. It took as many month to clean the mess the previous owner left us and every now and then we find another little plastic surprise in the garden. I really do not understand humans who litter. But now we look back and see how much the place has changed and all the effort was worth it. So many things we worked on, I wouldn’t know where to start if I would tell the story from the beginning.

The way we garden is the permaculture way. Observing, learning from nature and books. Learning from other people with other experiences. Trying new methods. We use Hügelbeet, raised beds, companion-planting, mulching. I cant think of anything else right now. We have our sweet friend Ingrid the garden Fairy who uses the Fukuoka method and she also gives classes. Her classes are highly recommendable as this woman has so much knowledge about nature and the way she teaches is very creative and interesting.
